How long will my order take to process and then ship?
You will generally receive your order between 4 to 7 business days from confirmation of receipt of payment. This includes the time we need to make, pack, ship and deliver your orders. The courier service will normally take between 2 to 3 days to deliver them to your place (domestic shipping only). Please note that this schedule may change depending on the orders that will be received. Some items are ready-to-ship while others are made-to-order (MTO). Generally, orders that have more MTO will take longer.
There might be changes in the delivery period during Sale Season and Holiday/Christmas season due to bulk of orders received. We will notify you beforehand for the changes in schedule. Please visit our FACEBOOK PAGE for fast updates.
For international orders, delivery period may vary. Please view Xend Courier’s website for shipping rates and schedule.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, you can pay with a credit card thru Paypal. Paypal will accept payment even if you don’t create an account with them. Simply choose the option that allows you to pay as a GUEST ONLY.
Do you accept other payment options such as money transfers?
Our standard payment options are BPI, BDO and Paypal (credit card). We can accommodate money transfer (via LBC or Western Union) on a case-to-case basis subject to a P1,500.00 minimum order. Please contact us for details.
Do you accept RUSH ORDERS?
Yes we do. However, we want to make sure that your hairpieces are made well and so we only offer RUSH TWO (2) DAYS DELIVERY. Rush orders will be subject to higher shipping fees as we personally bring the item to the courier office/branch. We will only accept Rush Orders for shipping on a weekday (Monday to Friday). We don’t have shop hours on weekends.
How do I know what size my baby should wear?
We have provided a SIZING GUIDE for our headband elastics. We have adjusted the sizing guide based on Asian/Filipino sizes. Although we find that petite babies will fit in a smaller size or bigger babies will fit in larger sizes than their age, it is best to measure your babies head so you’ll know which size to order.
How do I measure my baby’s head?
In order for the headbands to stay in place better, we recommend wearing the headband on your baby’s hairline. Please measure the circumference from your baby’s nape to her hairline just above the forehead. You may also wear it on top of her head, however, the headband has a tendency to slip once she grows more hair.
How much will it stretch?
You can generally count on the headbands to comfortably stretch 2-3 inches. So when you measure your baby’s head, make sure to deduct 1 to 1 1/2” and order the size closest to it.
Will the elastic and/or metal clip hurt my baby’s head?
We take great care in ensuring your baby’s comfort at all times. We have provided sizes from newborn to adult and you have the option to request for custom sizes. All our bows are also felt-backed to prevent leaving any marks on your little one’s head. Our elastics (both soft elastic and skinny elastic) are sized to ensure that your baby is comfortable at every stage/growth. Once you feel that the elastic becomes too tight, then it might be time to size up.
We have personally tested several metal clips and we feel that the flat alligator clip without teeth is the most comfortable and easiest to wear on your little girl. All our clips are FULLY-LINED so no metal will ever touch your baby’s head. They also come with no-slip foam grips to ensure that it stays put even on the finest hair but doesn’t pull your baby’s hair even if she tries to remove it.
Can you customize the headbands/hairpiece?
Yes we do. We can customize the hairpiece subject to available materials only. We will request that you browse our shop and see what particular style and materials that you prefer. However, please note that we only keep stock of the same flowers in the colors already available. We cannot customize a flower/hairpiece in a color or material that is not available in our regular line. But we will be happy to combine different materials to give you a more customized piece. For custom request, we require that you fill-out a separate CUSTOM ORDER FORM.
I’m trying to order a flower/color/option I see pictured, but I don’t see it on the drop down list. Can I still order it?
If a specific color or option is not shown in the drop-down list, it is most likely unavailable or out-of-stock. You can send us an inquiry to know if these items will be re-stocked soon. Some designs are available on a seasonal basis only.
What do you mean by interchangeable headbands?
It means that we have added a loop so you can clip on any of our grosgrain bows and flower clips to suit your taste.
I want my baby to wear the bows for a longer period. Can you make the flower bows interchangeable too?
Yes, most bows have base options to be placed on an alligator clip. Simply choose this option and order a separate interchangeable headband as needed. However, there are some bows that has no option for alligator clips. This means that we don’t recommend that particular bow to be placed on a clip. Please remember that when you add a clip to a bow, there’s going to be a gap in between that may cause for the flowers to wobble a bit.
I already sent checked out and sent my order. Now what?
You will receive an invoice containing the details of your order thru your email. We will also be contacting you within 24 hours on weekdays and up to 48 hours on weekends if we have any concerns with your order. We will reserve the items you ordered for 3 days. If we don’t receive a copy of the payment slip within the period, we will re-list the item on our website. Should we sold out on any of the items, we will contact you immediately for options.
Where do I send my payment?
Your invoice will contain bank details where to deposit payment for your order. Kindly send a copy of the deposit slip to email@example.com to confirm your payment.
How will I know the status of my order?
Once we received your payment, we will change your order status as processing and you’ll receive another email with a tracking number once it is shipped out. Depending on the bulk of orders received, it may take us up to 48 hours to confirm and change status of your orders. Please visit the MY ACCOUNTS page to view your order history and status updates.
I want to edit my orders, can I still do so?
Please register for an account so that our system will save whatever you have added to your Shopping Basket. You may edit your SHOPPING BASKET anytime as long as the items are still available. However, once you have completed the checkout process, we will only be able to CANCEL your order. Please send us an email at order[at]stylemelittle.com stating your name, invoice number and the reason for cancellation. You may browse and shop once again once we’ve confirmed cancellation of your order.
